Biography

Mohammad Sahebzamani commenced his formal studies in classical music theory and composition under the guidance of Nima Gouran. He subsequently advanced his musical education through the mentorship of distinguished instructors, including Idin Samimi Mofakham, Kaveh Jodat, and Rozbeh Rafie.

A graduate of Farhang va Honar University (Unit 46), Sahebzamani is currently focused on academic preparation and research in anticipation of pursuing postgraduate studies at an international institution.

Mohammad Sahebzamani’s piece, Wet Explosion, for Double Bass and fixed media was one of the selected pieces in the 6th RKC (2021). This piece, alongside other selected pieces, was released on a CD titled Phantasma by YMG Records. The contrabass player of this piece was Matthias Bauer.
