Hooman Rafraf

Biography

Hooman Rafraf (Tehran, 1985) received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Master’s degree in Music Composition from University of Tehran and is currently a Ph.D. student of Music Composition in the University of Florida. Hooman’s compositional output includes works for orchestra, electronics, chamber music, soloists, and collective projects with arts museums as well as collectives.

RKC 2018

Hooman Rafraf’s piece, Divar, was one of the selected pieces in the 3rd RKC (2018). This piece, alongside other selected pieces, were released on a CD titled Camouflage by YMG Records.
